Yuu’n Mee controls their entire production for antibiotics. Their laboratories are equipped with modern technology to ensure highest standards of quality and production.

Their “farm to table“ program serves to control the entire transport of the shrimps from the farm through the processing plants to the table of the consumer. Yuu’n Mee Best Seafood Premium Shrimps are processed immediately after the harvest to preserve their freshness and distinctive flavour. 

Pin Deveined

Yuu’n Mee Premium Shrimps are manually deveined with a pin. This labour-intensive process preserves the original shape of the shrimps and does not damage the flesh. The shrimps remain crisp and juicy.

Shrimps with Garlic and White Wine

 

Ingredients for four persons:

500 g Yuu‘n Mee Cooked Shrimps
1 Lemon
4 Cloves of garlic
1 Bundle of flat parsley
4 Tablespoons olive oil
1/8 l White wine
Salt
Pepper

Preparation:

Defrost shrimps at room temperature or with cold water. Rinse defrosted shrimps and dab dry. Season shrimps with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Peel the garlic and chop it finely. Wash the parsley and chop it coarsely. Heat olive oil in a pan to high temperature. Add shrimps and garlic and fry for two minutes. Pour the wine into the pan and reduce on high heat for another two minutes. Salt again lightly. Finally, add the chopped parsley and serve immediately with white bread or rice.

Cooked Shrimps

These shrimps are known for their fresh taste and crisp bite. All Yuu’n Mee Premium Shrimps are pin deveined by hand. The shrimps are available in size 70-90 pieces/lb. There are limitless possibilities of preparing shrimps. The size 70-90 pieces/lb is ideal for Wok, rice and noodle dishes.

If you have no time for cooking, simply defrost them and serve with a dip of your choice.
 

Hand Selected Shrimps

Hand selected shrimps are a real hit at parties and ready to eat in no time. Remove the shrimps with the serving tray from the package, defrost and serve cold with a sauce. Their special shape makes hand selected shrimps the ideal snack for parties and cold buffets. Of course you can also enjoy them hot.
 

Shrimps with Garlic and Herbs

The delicate Garlic and Herbs Style Shrimps come with a pre-cut easy peel shell and are easily removed from the shell. The butterfly cut is particularly decorative. During preparation, the garlic butter slowly melts and releases the wonderful aroma of the herbs. The short preparation time of the already seasoned shrimps allows you to cook a main course or side dish in only a few minutes.

Party Shrimps with Cocktail Sauce

There is no easier way to serve shrimps. Yuu’n Mee Party Shrimps are a must for every party. The shrimps are manually arranged in a circle on the serving tray and ready to eat after defrosting. Simply defrost shrimps in a microwave, refrigerator or at room temperature and serve cold. And the best is that the cocktail sauce is included. Water lost during defrosting collects in the drip tray underneath the shrimps.
 

Breaded Shrimps

This product was created for the lovers of breaded shrimps. The fastest way to prepare them is in a deep-fryer: add frozen shrimps, fry for two to three minutes at 175 degrees, serve with cocktail sauce. Alternatively, the shrimps can be baked in the oven or deep-fried in a pan. Breaded shrimps are the perfect finger food for private parties or more formal events.
